Refund and Returns Policy

At Heritage Diagnostics, we strive to provide the most accurate and timely diagnostic services. However, we understand that there may be instances where a test needs to be cancelled or cannot be performed. Our refund policy is designed to be simple and transparent for our patients.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A full refund will be initiated under the following conditions:

Test Cancellation: If you cancel your booking before the sample collection process has started.
Service Unavailability: If the lab is unable to perform the specific test due to technical reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Home Collection Issues: If a home collection appointment is booked but our technician is unable to reach your location or the service is cancelled from our end.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

If the sample has already been collected and processed in the laboratory.
If the patient provides incorrect information (e.g., wrong address or contact details) leading to service failure.
If the patient is not available at the time of a pre-scheduled home collection without prior notice.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

We process all valid refund requests promptly:

Online Payments: For payments made through our website or digital gateways, the refund will be credited back to the original source of payment (Bank Account/UPI/Credit Card).
Timeline: Please note that it typically takes 7 to 15 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Cash Payments: For payments made in person at our Maharajganj center, refunds will be processed via cash or UPI instantly upon verification.
